Orders and Returns — Carolina Revertera

Production

All my photographs are made to order and handled by me personally. I print them at an experienced fine art print house in Vienna, Austria. In this way I can ensure the best possible quality and a sustainable production process.

We use only sustainable fine art printing paper and colors. Supporting local businesses and wasting as few resources as possible is very important to me and also plays a big role in my work.

I process all orders within 10 business days. For rush orders please contact me via hi@carolinarevertera.com.
After your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation mail containing your invoice and tracking number.

Shipping and Delivery

All shippings are trackable. Currently I ship at the following shipping rates. Shipping fees must be covered by the customer.

AT: 5€ (1-3 business days)
Europe: 15€ (5-10 business days)
International: 26€ (5-10 business days)

Please allow a few business days for shipping and delivery. If you’d like your order to be insured or you’d like to pick up the print in my studio please contact me via hi@carolinarevertera.com.

Tax and Customs Fees

Depending on where you are located please note your order may be subject to duty or tax fees. All fees are the customer’s responsibility and can not be covered by me.

Changes and Cancellations

Currently at this time, once your order is placed it is not possible to change or cancel it. However, if you need to update the shipping adress please contact me via hi@carolinarevertera.com.

Returns

As all my prints are made to order I can’t accept returns or refunds. Thank you for understanding :)
